I had a great experience with Sue! After Covid, my sense of smell was greatly diminished. Sue worked with me for an hour or more going through a variety of her high quality scents, patiently walking me through a carefully laid out process of noticing and identifying the myriad of scents. I left her shop with renewed optimism. The first thing I did when I got home was open my container of coffee, which, again after Covid, smelled something like dirt & not at all like my coffee 😕. Happily after my visit with Sue, coffee smelled just like coffee should 😀!! Since then, at her advice, I make sure to spend time, twice daily, smelling various essential oils, flowers, and the signature fragrance we created for me at the shop, mmm. My sense of smell is much improved and steadily getting stronger and back to pre-Covid ability! Thank you sweet Sue ❤️

I fell in love with a perfume years ago, the 1st Tiffany Perfume, created by Sue Phillips, who was on staff. I had only drops left in my bottle of 20 plus years, which is no longer available. Then one day I was blessed in 2018 to meet Sue Phillips & get her as a client in one of my businesses OMG, I CoFounded called IC Genius!!!
The best gift I got in Jan. 2020, pre Covid 19, was having Sue host a perfume experience at one of my company’s retreats.

I loved the experience with Sue and discussing various fragrances. She is one of those individuals that make you feel as if you’ve always beend friends. She is funny, charismatic and very knowledgeable. As for the fragrances, they are phenomenal, they all smell airy, refreshing, romantic, and pure. I recently got my hands on one of her works of arts Sensual Oud cologne it smells so nice that it has gotten many compliments more then other brands I have in my collection. I love my custom fragrance sue created. I love perfume in general. I love to wear it to work and in my personal life. I personally love floral fragrances. I want to visit new york to meet Sue in person sometime this year or next year. Sue is amazing at what she does. The perfume Sue made is a fresh floral and I love it. I placed an order yesterday to get a modern rose floral. I can’t wait to smell it. I love the floral family. I took the quiz a couple times and Sue called me to tell me what fragrances I like and I said fresh floral. Sue is nice and an amazing person and she knows fragrances. I named my custom perfume love. Update I received the custom perfume I made on Monday May 22 and I created a floriental perfume and I love it. I also bought the power of perfume book.

So, I don’t usually use Yelp and today I created an account just to write a review for The Scentarium. I was at The Scentarium with my Mom and Aunties. I’ve had experience of making perfume with Sue before so I wanted to treat my family by taking them on the perfume journey. It was a great, fun time, and my family loves their fragrance. My fragrance does outwardly reflect who I am as a person, but more importantly, it affects my own sense of self and the energy that I project to the world. It is a form of beauty with which we surround ourselves, a way to feel and appreciate beauty everywhere we go. With a custom perfume, I now have the ability to express my inner self in a way that was never possible before.
Sues fragrance blends are phenomenal! Her effervescent charisma in addition to her passion and knowledge of fragrance leaves you not only walking away more knowledgeable but also smelling wonderful as well.
